Challenge Brief
Welcome to The Habit Builder! This challenge is your opportunity to establish a positive habit and prove how consistent efforts can lead to meaningful, long-term growth.
How to participate
- Choose one activity, your preferred duration and complete the activity continuously everyday for the entire duration. (1 rest day per week is allowed).
- The challenge starts from the day you start sending your activity details to us. For example, if you register on 22nd Nov and you send your first activity to us on 25th Nov, then 25th will be considered your start date.
- Participants need to send their activity screenshots everyday via e-mail at "support@pedalspower.com"
Variations
- Daily Step count Categories: 10000, 15000, 20000
- Daily Running Distance categories: 3 KM, 5 KM, 10 KM
- Daily Cycling Distance Categories: 10 KM, 25 KM, 50 KM
Variations in duration (1 day gap in every week is allowed)
7 days, 15 days, 21 days, 30 days

Challenge Rules and guidelines

For the running category, the average pace can be a maximum of 7min/km, if the pace is more then that run will not be considered. The pace below this for instance 6.5 min/km or less is fine but more than 7 min/km will not be considered.
- For the cycling categories the minimum average pace limit is 15 km/h. If the avg pace is less than 15 km/h, then that ride will not be considered.
- It is mandatory that the participants complete the chosen target everyday. Only one day gap in each week is allowed. For example, in 7 days category you can take 1 day off out of the total 7 days and in 15 days categories you can take 1 day of each week meaning 2 off in 15 days and so on.
Tips
- Try to finish the challenge without taking any off to maintain your daily schedule.
- Don't focus too much on the distance, instead focus on being consistent. The distance will increase with time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1. How many runs/rides are acceptable in a day?
A1. Only 1 ride or run is acceptable in a day. The selected distance needs to be completed in one single run/ride
Q2. Is it necessary to perform the activity daily?
A2. Yes, it is necessary to perform the activity every day. Only 1 day gap is acceptable per week. If you take more than 1 day gap in a week then you will be disqualified.
Q3. How to Upload the Activity Data?
A3. Participants need to send the activity via e-mail to us everyday at "support@pedalspower.com". Mention your registered phone number and full name while sending the e-mail.
Q4. When will I receive the medals?
A4.
(i) Medal will be given to those who successfully complete the challenge.
(ii) Medal will be sent via courier at the address given at the time of the registration. It will be delivered in 15-20 days after the event ends.
Q5. Can I change my distance category once the challenge has started?
A5. No, category change is not allowed after the registration.
